COVID-19

Hi everyone

With regard to COVID-19, I wanted to let you know that as it stands I plan to teach all of my classes and coach all of my clients as normal.

If the situation changes, I will be providing an online video service where classes, personal training and coaching can be completed via the website.

Payments for Easter courses are due no later than April 3rd to secure your place. The start date may be pushed back, however, if recommended by the government.

I will be taking every necessary precaution over the coming weeks and plan to work uninterrupted for as long as possible. All venues and equipment are being thoroughly cleaned, with hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities available in all locations.

If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend.
