About Karen.

Karen exercises both the body and the mind. She’s a multi-disciplined trainer who is not only a fully qualified yoga, pilates, women's health and fitness instructor, but also a NLP Life Coach.

With all these strings to her bow, Karen is in the unique position of being able to offer a holistic and flexible approach to all areas of her training, and with over 30 years in the Health and Fitness sector, she is one of the most experienced and qualified industry professionals in Oxfordshire.

Achieving her Exercise to Music qualification at age 21, Karen found her feet as a Fitness Instructor in local health clubs. She then graduated from the British Wheel of Yoga in 1998 and became a qualified Neuro-linguistic Programmer in 2002, following which she became a freelance Personal Trainer, Life Coach and Women’s Health specialist. Most recently, in 2022, she became a level 3 Pilates instructor.

Alongside one-to-one services, Karen continues to run a range of Fitness Classes for all abilities in and around the local area which she’s done so for many years.
