Candlelit Yoga (1hr)

A gentle yoga class taught by candle light. The perfect way to unwind after busy week.

Candlelit Relaxation (1hr)

A relaxing stretch and guided meditation session, taught by candle light. Comfy pillows and blankets provided.

Mindfulness Course (4 weeks)

You will learn tried and tested techniques, as well as creating your own bespoke tools to use when feeling overwhelmed or stressed. Learn how to spend more time in the present moment and quieten your busy mind.

Women’s Health Course (4 weeks)

A 6-week course covering all aspects of Women’s health. We will discuss menopause, bone health, the pelvic floor, mid section weight gain, nutrition and exercise. It’s the perfect introduction to this often overlooked subject and will provide valuable information to help guide you through this important and often challenging time of life.

Craft Workshops (2.5 hrs)

I run a variety of low-key weekend craft workshops, working in mindfulness techniques throughout the day all in an effort to relieve stress after a busy week. Block-printing, card-marking, calligraphy, mosaics and more.
