Karen is a qualified women’s health practitioner and MenoFit® trainer, specialising in sustaining health and wellbeing throughout all stages of the menopause. Most of us know that regular exercise and good nutrition are important for us to be fit, healthy and happy. However, we all have many other pressures in our lives that take our energy, focus and most importantly…time.

Working with a Personal Trainer provides the support and structure required to ensure that you are regularly focused on your health and well-being and this partnership makes a huge difference to the sorts of goals you can achieve.

All clients receive a personalised home programme on their first session so that they can maintain their training at home in between sessions.

Life Coach

NLP stands for Neuro Lingustic Programming. ‘Neuro‘ specifies that we are talking about the mind. ‘Linguistic‘ refers to the science of language. ‘Programming‘ refers to the fact that we are manipulating the way we process language internally.

The technology of NLP means that changes in mindset/lifestyle can happen very quickly, even within minutes! It uses ‘modelling’ and ‘strategies’ as two of its core tools. Basically, this means looking at how highly successful people or ‘models’ achieve their success and which internal strategies they use. These strategies are then distilled into handy tools that can be used on a daily basis to achieve similar success.
